Biography

As an Associate at CN&R since 2019, Mrs. Llavona provides counseling to employers in broad range of employment a labor laws. Her expertise include advising clients in areas such as wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and sexual harassment in stay court as well as before the Anti-Discrimination Unit, day-to-day compliance with federal and state employment laws; guidance to Human Resources professionals regarding employee relation, hiring, termination, employee leave, compensation, benefits, employee handbooks, safety and the development of policies and procedures. She is admitted at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico Bar. Mrs. Llavona has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2016).
