Biography

With more than 25-year experiences trial attorney in the fields of labor arbitration and litigation at local and federal level, he is a Non-equity Partner at CN&R. He is admitted to the practice of law in the Puerto Rico, the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He also contributed in the publication of the Puerto Rico Environmental Law Handbook. During his professional career, Mr. Hernandez-Sanchez has represented clients in complex litigation cases at federal and local levels. He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Puerto Rico Association of Notaries. He holds and a Master’s degree in Electronic Energy from Case Western University in Cleveland, OH. and a Juris Doctor degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
