Biography

Associate, CN&R. Ms. Nieves Dávila graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedra Campus obtaining a Bachelor’s in Communications with concentration in Journalism and Information in 2016. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2020 and is admitted at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico Bar. Upon joining the Litigation Department of CN&R in January 2022, her practice has mainly focused on contract disputes, medical malpractice, torts, and general civil litigation, at the trial and appellate level. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Nieves-Dávila acted as Law Clerk of multiple law firms, since 2018. Throughout Law School, Ms. Nieves-Dávila, Esq. was Member of the University of Puerto Rico Law Journal, Enlace Pro Bono and was the Spokeswoman of the Intellectual Property & Startups Pro Bono.
