Biography

Mr. Miró is an experienced corporate and litigation attorney. Mr. Miró has developed expertise providing accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics as: labor law, partnership, corporate finance, and commercial law. He has also, participated in the preparation of quarterly and monthly Board of Directors and compliance meetings, maintain communication with state (OCIF, OCS) and federal (FDIC) regulators pertaining to bank operations and manage the opening, closing, and moving of branches for the organization. In addition, he has been working with conference calls for telecommunications industry association (CTIA), policy monitoring and lobbying efforts. Represented telecommunications company at local level – Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board. Mr. Miró has also, participated in the preparation of Request of Proposal and Request of Qualifications; drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, legal memoranda and legal opinions for largest event venue in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Negotiated for Joint Development Programs in accordance to FTA regulations and local mass transport statutes and milestone by government agency.
