Has represented and advised defendant clients in a myriad of matters, including complex civil rights, employment, commercial, construction, insurance coverage, copyright infringement, personal injury, wrongful death, general tort and toxic tort litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative forums for over a decade. A seasoned trial attorney has consistently obtained favorable verdicts in both bench and jury trials. While at law school, Mr. Ortega-Núñez served as a law clerk for Hon. Justo Arenas, United States Magistrate Judge.
