Biography

Associate, CN&R. Ms. Santiago-Durieux is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. Practiced in various legal fields including Mortgage & Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, as well as Government & Administrative Law. Ms. Santiago-Durieux currently works with CNR’s Corporate, Banking Reak Estate Department, assisting clients with various legal decisions and business transactions, as well as ensuring entity compliance with relevant laws and regulations. She is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish and manages an active Notary practice in both languages. Ms. Santiago-Durieux is a Magna Cum Laude graduate in the field of Psychology with experience in dispute resolution and mediation negotiations. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
